2. Connector Cleaning

  • Use dry air or isopropyl alcohol with lint-free swabs to clean contact areas.
  • Do not use water or strong solvents that may degrade the plastic housing or LED lenses.

3. Soldering Precautions

  • Observe standard through-hole soldering temperature profiles (1-1840860-1RJ45 Multi Connectors are recommended for wave soldering process, peak temperature 260°C for 10 seconds).
